Scientists Working on a New Way to Cure AIDS

Scientists are working on a new way to cure AIDS. They're using genetic engineering to develop cells resistant to the HIV virus.
University of Pennsylvania researchers are working on a clinical trial to create HIV resistant blood cells.
Their studies are based on a man who seems to be cured of AIDS after getting donor blood cells with a natural immunity to the HIV virus.
Instead of looking for donors, scientists are modifying a patient's own blood cells to be HIV resistant.
