Hospital-to-home video conferencing targeting children (with chronic and/or life threatening illness) and their carers, living in remote or non-metropolitan areas. The Community Access Programme is the first of its kind in New Zealand. Parent to Parent has been using the video conferencing equipment and has found it to be a very useful and effective tool for enhancing organisational communication and culture, and for linking families and communities together.
